I am an award-winning fashion futures designer and Kering Award Finalist. Graduating from the MA Fashion Futures course at London College of Fashion in 2017 and the BA Fashion Design course at Willem de Kooning Academy in 2011. My design vision is to create innovative circular design approaches combined with cross-disciplinary design methods. My background is in fashion design, product development and design for longevity. She brings a unique perspective and skillset including creating luxury fashion collections, durable design strategies, lifecycle analysis and ethical supply chain management.
I have the ability to analyse the ‘zeitgeist’ in women's fashion and displays her own personal signature. Also, I have a strong drive to develop new visions on fashion design through the use of pattern structures in combination with traditional and new materials. Furthermore, I have specialised in ‘Design for Longevity’, with a holistic approach to durable design methodologies where I combine theory and practice-based research by redefining the ever-changing role of the designer. With my MA thesis, I have developed strategic design tools, which can be implemented into a circular design process. The outcome is showcased in three case studies, highlighting various strategies for design for longevity.
